Michael Jordan, Basketball Player, Motivational Success Story ...

Michael Jeffrey Jordan is a former professional American basketball player, Olympic athlete, businessperson and actor. Considered one of the best basketball players ever, he dominated the sport from the mid-1980s to the late 1990s.

Jordan led the Chicago Bulls to six National Basketball Association championships and earned the NBA's Most Valuable Player Award five times. With five regular-season MVPs and three All-Star MVPs, Jordan became the most decorated player in the NBA.

Jordan was born on February 17, 1963, in Brooklyn, New York. Growing up in Wilmington, North Carolina, Michael developed a competitive edge at an early age. He wanted to win every game he played.

Michael grew up with a stable family life. His mother, Delores, was a bank teller who has since written several books. His father, James, was a maintenance worker turned manager at General Electric. Jordan had four siblings: Larry, Deloris, Roslyn and James Jr.

M.J. began his professional basketball career when he was drafted by the Chicago Bulls in 1984. He was the third overall pick, behind Hakeem Olajuwon, who was selected first by the Houston Rockets, and Sam Bowie, taken by the Portland Trail Blazers; the draft also featured legendary players John Stockton and Charles Barkley.

Jordan soon proved himself on the court. He helped the team make the playoffs and scored an average of 28.2 points per game that season. For his efforts, Jordan received the NBA Rookie of the Year Award and was selected for the All-Star Game.

While his second season was marred by injury, he was breaking new ground on the court during the 1986-87 season. He became the first player since Wilt Chamberlain to score more than 3,000 points in a single season.

Without a CLEAR OBJECTIVE 🏆 you are NOT GOING ANYWHERE, define it ASAP! ✍ with this 5 QUESTIONS YOU MUST ASK YOURSELF.

Being younger I would have liked to know the importance of defining life goals to start drawing one or more plans. Although I have really fulfilled many of the goals that I have set for myself, I still have the need to continue learning and working to achieve new goals that I set for myself every time I achieve the previous ones.

If you also have a winning mentality that demands more and more, I recommend you continue reading, since in this post I am going to tell you how you can define your plan in a clean and effective way.

1. Define what you want or where you want to go.
The first step on this list is to analyze through deep meditation, which can even be several days thinking about the same thing, what do I want? What would I really like to have, be or have achieved? Aspects that can be as obvious as graduating from some institution, be it high school, university or some other language course you are taking can be a good example of goal definition. Buying a house, taking a trip to some spectacular destination, winning the soccer tournament I participate in, raising a family, supporting my children to graduate from university. There are infinite objectives that you can set in life, some may be material or perhaps spiritual, the important thing is that you stop for a moment in your life and define all the things that are important to you and that you would like to fulfill.

2.How can I get what I want?
Is there a secret formula to achieve success? the answer is, there are many. but it is up to the individual to make it work. If you really want to do something, you will need to work hard to get it. Write what you want and make a plan, then put it into action and fail as many times as necessary. Sometimes it will be necessary to change the plan, but don't forget your goal. Go ahead and learn to get up when you fall.

3. What resources do I need?
Life provides us with a resource that is not always the best, we can see that the neighbor has more support from his family or a more stable economy and we are discouraged because we did not have this luck or we can see it as a motivation to achieve our goals. I have always thought that maybe life is not fair, but that the opportunities are there for those who really look for them. If you really want something, go for it no matter what people say. You have only one life and it is not worth living in fear.

4. It is important to stop thinking about it and start doing it.
Don't waste too much time thinking about how to do things, start doing small tests and making mistakes as many times as necessary. Learn from your mistakes so as not to repeat them and at the end of the road you will become that teacher that we all want to be, but few of us are willing to go through that long period of learning.

5. Consistency is the key to success.
It is easy to see successful people and say that they were lucky or that they already had the talent to achieve the success they obtained, but the reality is that most successful people have gone through things that are not easy, but they have understood that being constant and Improving yourself every day is the key to achieving the complex objectives that have been set.
