Conor McGregor, The Irish warrior.

Conor McGregor is a retired Irish mixed martial artist and professional boxer who is widely considered one of the greatest fighters in the history of both sports. McGregor rose to prominence in the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), where he became the first fighter in the organization's history to hold titles in two different weight classes simultaneously. He later made the transition to professional boxing, where he famously fought Floyd Mayweather Jr. in one of the highest-grossing boxing matches of all time.

Born in Dublin, Ireland in 1988, McGregor developed an interest in martial arts at a young age. He began training in boxing and Brazilian jiu-jitsu, and eventually transitioned to mixed martial arts (MMA). McGregor made his professional MMA debut in 2008, and quickly gained a reputation as a formidable striker with excellent footwork and movement.

In 2013, McGregor signed with the UFC and made his debut in the organization at UFC on Fuel TV 9. He quickly became one of the organization's top stars, winning his first six fights and earning a shot at the featherweight title. In 2015, McGregor became the featherweight champion by defeating José Aldo at UFC 194, and he followed this up by winning the lightweight title in 2016, becoming the first fighter in UFC history to hold titles in two different weight classes simultaneously.

In addition to his success in the UFC, McGregor also made the transition to professional boxing in 2017. He faced off against Floyd Mayweather Jr. in a highly anticipated bout that was dubbed "The Money Fight." The fight generated over $400 million in revenue, making it one of the highest-grossing boxing matches in history.

Despite his impressive record and accomplishments, McGregor has also faced controversy and criticism throughout his career. He has faced criticism for his brash and often controversial trash-talking, and has faced legal issues related to his behavior outside of the ring.

In 2020, McGregor announced his retirement from MMA, but he has not ruled out the possibility of returning to the sport at some point in the future. Regardless of whether he decides to return to the ring, McGregor's impact on the world of combat sports is undeniable, and he will always be remembered as one of the greatest fighters of all time.

Muhammad Ali🥊I'ma Show You How Great I Am!🥇

Today, we are going to talk about Cassius Clay, better known as Muhammad Ali.

Ali was a legendary boxer and cultural icon who is widely regarded as one of the greatest athletes of all time. Nicknamed "The Greatest". Born Cassius Marcellus Clay Jr. in Louisville, Kentucky in 1942, Ali first gained fame as an Olympic gold medalist in 1960. He later turned professional and quickly rose to the top of the boxing world, becoming the heavyweight champion of the world at the age of 22. He was a leading heavyweight boxer of the 20th century and he remains the only three-time lineal champion of that division.

His joint records of beating 21 boxers for the world heavyweight title and winning 14 unified title bouts stood for 35 years.

Throughout his career, Ali was known for his extraordinary skill and speed in the ring, as well as his brash personality and confident demeanor. He was often referred to as "The Greatest," and his boxing matches were some of the most highly anticipated events in sports history.

In addition to his impressive career as a boxer, Ali was also known for his social and political activism. He was a vocal critic of the Vietnam War and refused to be drafted into the military, citing his religious beliefs and opposition to the war. This led to a ban on his boxing career, and he was stripped of his title and banned from the sport for several years.

Despite this setback, Ali remained a prominent figure in the world of sports and entertainment. He continued to speak out on social and political issues, and he used his fame and influence to promote a variety of causes, including civil rights, education, and health care.

In the 1980s, Ali made a comeback in the boxing world, winning several high-profile matches and reclaiming his title as the heavyweight champion of the world. He retired from boxing in 1981, but remained active as a philanthropist and public speaker.

Ali was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease in 1984, which was believed to be a result of the many head injuries he sustained during his boxing career. Despite his declining health, he remained active in the public eye, appearing at various events and continuing to inspire others with his determination and positive attitude.

Muhammad Ali passed away in 2016 at the age of 74, but his legacy as a sports hero and cultural icon lives on. He is remembered not only for his impressive athletic achievements, but also for his courage, conviction, and charitable work.

Motivational letter from WithNoExcuses 🚴🏻‍♀️ read it if you feel sad at this end of year 2022💪.

I hope this letter finds you well. I wanted to take a moment to talk to you about motivation and the importance of finding it within ourselves.

At the end of the year, it can be easy to lose motivation as we approach the holiday season and the year comes to a close. However, it's important to remember that motivation is a choice, and we can choose to stay motivated and focused on our goals even as the year comes to an end.

One way to stay motivated at the end of the year is to reflect on the progress you have made and the accomplishments you have achieved throughout the year. This can help you feel a sense of accomplishment and give you the motivation to keep pushing forward.

We all have days where we feel less motivated than others, and that's completely normal. But it's important to remember that motivation comes from within. It's a choice that we make to put in the effort and work towards our goals, even when we don't feel like it.

One thing that has helped me stay motivated is setting specific, achievable goals. When we have a clear idea of what we want to accomplish, it's easier to stay focused and work towards it. It's also helpful to break larger goals into smaller, more manageable tasks. This can help us feel a sense of progress and accomplishment as we check off each task.

Another thing that can help boost motivation is finding things that we enjoy and that give us a sense of purpose. When we are passionate about something, it's easier to stay motivated and work towards it.

It can also be helpful to set specific goals for the end of the year and create a plan to achieve them. Having a clear sense of what you want to accomplish can help you stay focused and motivated.

Finally, it's important to remember that motivation is not always going to be easy or natural. Sometimes we have to push ourselves to get started, but once we get going, it becomes easier to stay motivated. So if you find yourself struggling with motivation at the end of the year, try to find ways to push through and stay focused on your goals.

I hope these thoughts on motivation are helpful to you. Remember to always stay positive and focus on the things that give you joy and purpose.

Sincerely,

WithNoExcuses.

Reprogramming your mind

Many times we have heard that people are subconsciously programmed according to our social class, this has some truth, but it does not mean that it is definitive. As part of a society, our status is normally defined by the return we give to the community, that is, the more our skills help solve bigger problems and the less people can do it, the greater the possibility that our income will be greater.

There are different areas in which we possibly have a lot of experience and that make us do well in our businesses, jobs, school, personal life, etc., but what if we trained ourselves to improve in the aspects in which we are not so good? How much would our quality of life improve if we dedicated a few hours a day to learning about other areas that are not familiar to us?

Some time ago I noticed that in my work as a programmer, after several years of experience, my way of thinking was totally related to the methodologies used in computing and that I had extensive knowledge in this field, but unfortunately when it came time to make my payments of taxes, knowing about traffic laws, trying to remodel my house by wanting to build infrastructure, improve my diet among other activities, I had no idea about almost anything. This made me understand that it is not enough to become experts in just one area, apart from being the expert in your field of work or business, you need to have at least basic knowledge in other important areas in life.

After trying to acquire knowledge in different ways, I understood that the best way is reading works by authors who have experience in the topics of my interest. That is to say, when trying to obtain knowledge about finances, the best idea I could have was to start reading about basic financial education, thus helping me to improve my economic situation and therefore give my family a better quality of life, thus motivating me to keep learning this way. Today there are more than 100 books that I have read from different areas with a very simple method.

The reason why many people don't read books is because they think they must do it in a forced way, it is intimidating to see a 500 page book and believe that you will never be able to finish it.

The easiest way to finish this type of book is to take advantage of the fact that they are divided by chapters. Like most people, I am also very busy during the day and it is difficult for me to sit down and read a book without getting distracted by thinking about all the activities that I have pending. But at a certain point I noticed that no matter how busy I was, I was able to read at least one chapter a day. In this way, it did not seem so impossible to read a 500-page book divided into 26 chapters during a month that has 30 days, that is, I could read a chapter that took me between 20 and 60 minutes, after that it is possible to continue with other activities and repeat the process the next day.

The most important thing in this method is consistency. Reading one chapter per day helps you improve comprehension, since there is not so much information, so you can retain the most important and apply the knowledge acquired during the day.

Regarding the topics I wanted to read, I was also interested in knowing about the world of investments, how it was possible that there were people who made enough money to guarantee the economic health of theirs and some other generations of their family and who did not even work a 9-5 schedule like most of people today.

Once I understood these issues at a basic level, I could understand what actions I had to take to achieve my goals.

Knowing about laws, whether they are traffic laws or for the purchase of real estate, payment of taxes, deduction of expenses, is something that I think everyone should know, however it is something that very few people take into account.

For these reasons, here are the list of books that I recommend you read to delve into other areas, from these books I have obtained good ideas that have helped me improve my way of thinking and reprogram my mind to lead a more enjoyable life

This list have helped me to understand in a different maner how does the life works, and no matter  whether you are young or adult, we all may live better and with less anguish generated by money, which, although it is not the source of happiness, is necessary to have the tranquility and freedom that we need.

Thanks a lot for reading, please share the page with your collages if it you like it.

The IMPORTANCE 📱 of PERFECTLY KNOWING your ENVIRONMENT🧲

Most people think first about expressing their interests and then about finding a suitable audience.

To achieve success it is necessary to do the opposite and first make a study on the interests of the desired public. With this we can define which path to take.

You must review the trends and demands of the public. Once you have full knowledge of the demand, you can create the irresistible offer for them.

As you embark on your path to success, you must not fear criticism. Criticism is so important that without it, it is not possible to have that exponential growth that helps us achieve it.

You must maintain as much contact with your environment as possible, to the point that you feel what is happening around you as if it happened to you.

This is the way to have control over the situation and avoid being surprised by circumstances that shouldn't cause you problems.

Knowing perfectly the environment in which you operate will make you have an advantage over your opponents to be the winner in any of the topics that you develop.

Becoming an expert, as you may have imagined, is not an easy task. Great teachers in any discipline take years to achieve that status and even having achieved it they never stop learning.

Your goal must always be to know more than others and to be able to share it with whoever is really interested in learning, regardless of whether this person can be a rival, if someone learns from you, will begin to see you as its teacher and therefore will respect you.

You should not be afraid to teach what you know, knowledge must be transmitted through the generations. It is useless for you to take all your years of experience without having shared them with others.

I will be sharing this type of blog post and I would love to hear your comments or questions, in order to improve. They are usually short posts that you can read in less than 5 minutes, but that will help you change your mood and get psyched to achieve your goals.

If you share the blog on your social networks and subscribe, you help me to continue creating content for you and more people.

I hope it was to your liking. With no excuses!

THE MOST IMPORTANT LIMITED RESOURCE ⏱ you SHOULDN'T be WASTING.

Wealth and poverty

Just because we have been conditioned to think like poor does not mean that we cannot change and improve.

Wealth and poverty are variable and subjective.

A person who considers himself rich in one country may consider himself average (or even poor) in another.

You see it in cars, for example.

In Europe there are many more Mercedes Benz, BMW, Audis and exotics than in Latin America.

And in Latin America those cars are luxury, but there they are much more abundant.

It is not that there is no poverty in Europe, but they do live by other standards.

In fact, it is not the same to be poor anywhere in the world.

Yourself have surely seen it on television programs.

Poverty in the first world is not the same as poverty in the third world.

But we are not going to delve into that topic today.

Although we should definitely fight to eliminate poverty, today I am talking about something very simple.

WHAT IS POVERTY?

As I told you above: Wealth and poverty are variable and subjective.

But ... there must be something that, regardless of the country, makes us poorer or richer.

Do you already have an idea of where I'm going?

Think ...

What is the most valuable?

Money is valuable, that is too obvious.

But what else?

Resources are valuable. Wood, glass, silicon, steel, lithium, gold, platinum, etc ...

Water is valuable.

Oxygen is valuable ...

But there is only one thing that we have irrevocably strictly told.

Something that, no matter what we do, can never come back to us.

And sadly, it's something we're constantly missing.

I am talking about time.

The most valuable resource of all.

More than money, goods, oxygen, water, etc.

Not that they are worth little, but of those you can have more.

And health is also immeasurably valuable, but it is not a resource.

In addition, you have an influence on your health.

But not about time.

IMPLACABLE TIME

Time, whatever you do, is always getting out of hand.

It is truly shocking if you stop to think about it.

Above all, because we live ignoring this tremendous fact.

We continue to live under the old conditioning ...

We do not give time the importance it deserves.

We are too submerged in searching for belongings, social validation, immediate gratification ...

... objects and objects and more objects believing that they can make us happy.

But the wealth we were talking about in the beginning is no longer the same today.

Little by little. Very slowly we have begun to realize this.

And new wealth is no longer measured in money or possessions.

It is measured in the free time you have to do what you like the most.

After read this post, I hope you start to value the time you have, and start working to accomplish your dreams With No Excuses
